      Excellent work & facilities. Team members who I respect and learn from and get along with. Pay I'm personally comfortable with.

      When I first started with the company, I have to admit that some of my responsibilities were a little monotonous, but that comes with security work. Since I've grown with the company.

      Pros

      Great team environment. You truly find coworkers and staff who care and who even become friends outside of work. The company is continuing to create and promote environmental and charitable initiatives, which makes me proud as a past employee.

      Cons

      The Company continues to grow. For those who are looking for a smaller, more intimate working environment, that may prove challenging.
