The standards expected of you are high. Though this is a small company, the principals are always ready and willing to give you support if you need it.

Nothing that isn't normal with a smaller company in a growth phase. Of course there are teething problems, but nothing exceptional

Expert colleagues who are pleasure to work with, amazing portfolio of clients, and best part is constant learning. Great work life balance for the most part. There are seasonality to some retail clients.

Travel can be challenging if you are on multiple clients but no worse than any consulting firm. You'll always be challenged which is good and bad. Expectations are always high.
