      Cons

      The mandatory two hour increase in a work day if supervisor decides to. Heavy lifting.

      Pros

      Experience for entry level emts. Supervisors work with your life circumstances and hardships. Their ems connections are great for advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      They play favoritism and depending on who the supervisor is they can just critique what you do e.i how you fill out the transport form for not apparent reason

      No direct deposit Biweekly pay Equipment doesn't work (IVAC pumps, some Vents) Long hours when mandated Base is located far from civilization Low pay compared to others
