      None- you will regret it! Don't leave your current job for this place !

      Cons

      During interview they promise the world until you start the job and then the Ops manager bully the staff and treat them like we are worthless. She runs the department with intimidation and chaos. Pay is not great and there's no perks (don't let them fool you) .Recruiting vendors will be the hardest since the company has burned many bridges with vendors, not paying them or allowing them to do the work and then not paying what was agreed upon even with pictures. The pricing they expect vendors to do the jobs are way below the market. The have a bad rep out there in the industrial .

      Absolutely no pros exist for this company.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work weekends with no overtime. There is a very toxic culture here. Management will punish you for making mistakes that are a result of poor training or claim you did not follow procedure wherein there is no written procedure to reference. If you accomplish a goal well, others will take credit and be given public praise on social media for it. If you speak up with ideas to improve the company, you get shot down or severely disciplined. This company also only uses free technology ie Google which makes working smarter very difficult. All of your communications get aired out in a group chat for the team which is highly unprofessional. Stay away. There are better field services companies out there.
