Exciting, fast paced real estate business. Management consistently promotes employees from within to more senior positions. The doors to managements office are always open and willing to listen. FRFS has a monthly party and food is provided along with the occasional ping-pong tournament or paper airplane race.

Fast-paced environment may not be for everyone.

Absolutely no pros exist for this company.

Be prepared to work weekends with no overtime. There is a very toxic culture here. Management will punish you for making mistakes that are a result of poor training or claim you did not follow procedure wherein there is no written procedure to reference. If you accomplish a goal well, others will take credit and be given public praise on social media for it. If you speak up with ideas to improve the company, you get shot down or severely disciplined. This company also only uses free technology ie Google which makes working smarter very difficult. All of your communications get aired out in a group chat for the team which is highly unprofessional. Stay away. There are better field services companies out there.
