Pros
Owners ("ownership") have created a very special culture over the last 18+ years that is entrepreneurial and rewarding of collaboration and contribution, as a female they have been supportive of time off and special needs. They are generally interested in providing best product at best value. It used to be a no titles and collaborative, egalitarian culture.
Cons
Over the last year new senior hire has began to erode the cultural fabric of the organization with "my way or the exit door" mentality and belittling language downward, and taking credit upwardly. Now there are way too many chiefs, not enough workers, as people have begun to leave as they see the new culture taking over.
