Company is investing in IT to bring its systems up to date. Many diverse IT projects to work on. Recent hires at senior level of IT organization have good vision and bring good experience from larger enterprise organizations. Company is expanding.
Cons
As a privately owned company, owner sign off requirement delay the procurement process. Office space for IT staff needs updating or relocation from current server room with no windows. Cafeteria food and facilities suck as the offices at the King of Prussia location share the building with manufacturing.
