Horrible company ti work for - Anonymous employee First Quality Employee Review

Everything other than pay is a con. Management treats people with little to no respect. The HR department is a joke. It is comprised of stuck up women that have no prior HR experience but belittle employees every chance they get. The culture of this company is seriously flawed. I highly recommend everyone avoids working here until issues are straightened out. This company is growing to fast and it is unable to manage it's growth properly. They can't even staff for current needs let alone expansion because turn over is too high.
