      1) Pay is above most places in this area 2) three quarterly bonuses +1 big bonus we receive around black Friday 3) new pay for Skills leaves many options for raises 4) three days on one week for days on next week (work half a year)

      1) most new workers start on nights 2) usually one day a month forced overtime for machine clean up
