      Pros

      There are some really great people and potential future leaders. however they all seem to be stifled.

      Cons

      The healthcare team is in shambles. Those who do the work and understand the real challenges go unheard. Upper management is openly afraid of upsetting ownership, which has created a very fake and toxic working environment for those truly working hard.
