I have had the pleasure of working with First Quality for about nine years. In retrospect I wish my career path had brought me here sooner. First Quality is a family owned business and consider their employees as part of that family. Upper management is passionate about what they do and this is emulated throughout the organization. They are very innovative and never sacrifice quality or customer service. Through teamwork we are empowered to be “forward thinking”, set goals, and execute. They allow us to take on challenges and offer support, tools & resources to turn challenges into wins.
