Pros
With over 28 years of experience and having worked at 3 other companies in 3 different states in the US prior to working at First Quality, I can say with certainty, this is the best company I've had the opportunity to work at, thus far in my career. The success of every company hinges on a number of different factors and one of, if not the most critical, is the people in that company. The people at First Quality, from the top down, are what make this company a great place to work. I feel seen and heard and invested in and empowered, which gives me the courage and motivation to show up and give my best everyday.
Cons
While First Quality does a terrific job supporting their team members with their growth and development, at least to the level that the team member is willing to work to achieve, there is an opportunity to create more formal pathways of developing current and future leaders at all levels within the company.
