      Entry level into a law enforcement career. Ability to help and meet some rather nice people Nice vehicles to use ( if you get the chance)

      Low pay Very minimal training and supervision Expected to work long hour's Schedule changes constantly so there's no way to have set plans High turnover

      Low pay. Crappy benefits. Advertises a position that is not even available then offers a position with much lower pay. Poor and inadequate training procedures for SOP. They expect you to figure it out yourself. “Call me if you have any questions” then they don’t answer the call or advise on appropriate procedures.
