Little to no training. They put you on the road with enough knowledge about the clientele sites, but no knowledge of what to do should something actually happen. Basically they allow you to be armed with no training on your weapon and no rules of engagement. This is a very dangerous situation with someone who has had no prior weapons training. Extremely high turnover rate. They promote someone to supervisor and then load so much responsibility on them, they are set up for failure. I
