Good Health Insurance, Reasonable Hours, Excellent Location to Downtown Boston

Initially, we were able to show our unique personalities while still maintaining the proper rules and regulations to banking, but over time our uniqueness was discouraged and regulated to "their" ideals. The environment became more stressful and discouraging as a new manager with a staunch banking background took over and starting letting employees go that would not conform to "her way" of doing things. This led to a revolving door of new employees.

As a smaller credit union it was easy to feel like you could connect with the community you were offering services to. The team I worked with was small so it was a comfortable working environment.

Slow to change, training was sometimes inconsistent (really have to push for it), numerous technical issues.
