      good career experience, salary fairly decent

      Cons

      management does not value employees, they "say" they do but they don't, they own you and your life, no life outside work because you MUST do as told or you are scorned for wanting to have a life.

      Pros

      The people are great and everyone seems to work hard to get the job done. High level of integrity.

      Cons

      Lack of culture overall. HUD contracts ending means many lay-offs. Lack of communication can cause problems.
