      Thank you for the feedback - we have made several changes to our IT infrastructure, and more planned so there I hope are getting better all the time with the move to full time office 365.

      Decent base salary increases for billing well.

      Cons

      Noone knows how to do business development. Leadership are only in their roles due to tenure, not because they have any experience in management. All they know is how to micromanage and berate, as that is what comes from the top down. Nothing is ever good enough, no matter how much you bill. They love to put top performers on PIPs if they have one bad month. C level is out of touch with the market and did not recognize there was a tech crash until 6 months after it happened.
