      upper management creates and fill positions amongst themselves. They say they don't have the funds for bonuses or raises but somehow manage to create new six figure positions.

      Great people to work with - everyone is so friendly and kind Great mission - serving a population frequently overlooked Flexible schedule - hybrid work that only requires once a week in office Intentional Leadership - Execs really work to understand their staff & improve their workload Parenting-Friendly - Understanding managers who prioritize parenting and all the associated flexibility needs

      Workload - understaffed in some departments, but a lot of thought going into improving this con Pay - it is non-profit pay so none of us are here gettin' rich :) the work is very fulfilling regardless
