      Pros

      It has consistent work and regular hours with OT possible.

      Cons

      Worked for them for close to a year, was told by my supervisor that my job was secure only to find out later that they were terminating me based on something that happened four months previously...about the time my benefits and etc were to take effect. Office personnel were impossible to communicate with!!

      Company empowers folks to do the job and stays out of the way.

      Cons

      Turn over with driver staff due to shortages in the industry complicates the ability to deliver high quality service , but the staff continues to me it happen

      Pros

      Getting paid by the hour, company outings. The owner of the company is a down to earth guy, he will talk with you .

      SLIP SEATING THE PAY WAS SUBSTANDARD DUE TO THE FACT THEY REQUIRED SOME DRIVERS TO RUN 3 TO 4 DIFFERENT PRODUCT LINE MANY DRIVER NEVER KNOW WHAT THEY WILL BE DOING ONE DAY TO THE NEXT
