      Pros

      Time and half weekends. If you don't want to rest on your weekends. And be a zombie all month long. Then yea.

      Cons

      You have to fill in your Timesheet yourself online. They put you on a umbrella payroll. Takes 20 to process your weekly wages. Then about 38% agency fees. And higher tax than my last job.

      always got paid ontime until it suited them.

      Cons

      refuse to pay you at the end of the contract for months, create constant lies to why they cant pay you. Expect lads work in scottland away from there family for £9hr at PAM.
