      Pros

      most are young people, flexible on hours and schedule, not many overtime

      Cons

      90% are Chinese and form small circles. barely organized, anyone can report to manager for anything dissatisfied. Not knowing what is going on for the whole picture. Managers always promise but then break his words. Lots of politics and feel stressful. Very low pay, no benefit expect hourly rate. High turnover rate.

      -Nice colleagues -Good working environment -Good training program

      Cons

      -The working hours are too long: 10:00am-7:00pm -Have to get at least 4 contracts monthly, or you will not get the base salary, which is $1600(pre-tax). The compensation totally depends on your performance. The bonus is limited too, I cannot afford my life with this job. - The credit card processing industry is really competitive. Very hard to get a contract. Usually the first month you will not get the base unless you have good luck! -Making hundreds of phone calls to talk to the potential customers is boring
