Pros
Making the move to First Pacific 2 years ago was one of the best career choices I have ever made. I have been able to develop a wide range of skills throughout my time by working on various projects and have seen great professional and personal growth. Coming from my previous employer which had a horrible company culture I can say that I was a very pleasantly surprised at how well First Pacific treats their employees. The little things like celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries go a long way in developing a great team culture. Upper Management actually cares about the employees which is something I haven't felt in previous jobs.
Cons
The work load isn't light but as long as you are a competent person who can work efficiently you can get it done easily.
