Pay is decent enough, depending on the position, and the benefits are quite good along with a decent pension.

CEO (COO at the time) was accused of assault. He was then promoted to CEO and staff were quietly told not to speak of this incident ever again. Career Opportunities? Only if are related to someone already in a senior executive position or are willing to sabotage others to achieve your goals. A lot of roles require you to be available 24/7 despite not being told ahead of time that it is a requirement of your job. FNHA promotes its self as being diversive and inclusive, and it is, but only to those cultures that it chooses to promote. Cultures and values? One culture, the culture of the Nations that are representative of the CEOs office. That's about it. Values? What Values? Management regularly and openly lies and sabotages others for their own gains. Most would stab you in the back if it meant they could look good for a single day. The vision FNHA promotes is great. The way they attempt to act on it is terrible. Millions of wasted dollars on frivolous things such as expensive cable TV packages in executive offices, equipment purchased for executives on the company dollar, all expensive paid trips over seas for entire departments under the guise of "cultural events", buying desks, chairs for home offices. Project Management office is a complete joke. They try to control every aspect of every team that can and most of them are grossly incompetent including the senior management of that team. They will lie to your face and in writing if it will help deflect blame onto others. Do I recommend working here? Sure, if you can find a way to keep your phone off after you are done for the day and get on the good side of management quickly. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.
