Pros

Great place to start out and get experience especially for nursing or MA students. Employees are friendly.

Cons

Cultural cliques make you feel not part of the team. Company doesn't show appreciation (Employees use their own funds to support activities (raffle baskets) and those funds collected during the year then pay for the annual holiday bash). Pay isn't competitive. Company gives the lowest number of vacation and sick days per DOL laws. Big turnover. Alot of opportunities but company does not disclose if new position pay is.

Pros

I enjoyed working at FNCHS very much, even when at first I felt a bit uncomfortable because I was walking into a family not workers and there was that doubt "will they take me in" and absolutely they did, they always made feel very welcomed. Thanks

Pros

The healthcare clinic provides multiple services to help homeless, low-income, Native American patients with medical, mental, rehab and various outreach programs. Room for advancement, but some jobs you switch to may have lower wage. Company doesn't pay across the board if you switch.

Cons

A lot of homeless hang out around the clinic and it can become depressing seeing them and smelling them all the time. Some are not so nice and are very rude. Company doesn't pay wages based on state or national averages and there are cliques in the clinic where you can sometimes feel left out.
