Pros

The number of federal holidays are a plus.

Cons

The organization from the top down is looking backwards while trying to move forward. About 10 years ago, this would have been one of the best places to work, as the Bank worked on the upswing. About five years ago, it started to change its focus towards inorganic growth, which led it into a dead market and a dwindling amount of talent under 40. There's a decent possibility of a hostile takeover within the next year or two. If you're looking to work in banking, look elsewhere.

Pros

Supervisors very nice, willing to answer any questions you may have Very understanding of college students schedule You can basically pick when you want to work (send availability 1 week in advance) Fun positive supervisors/employees Free meals on last day of the month They give you so much free food Good commission incentives (can make around $200 extra per month) Great resume builder for anyone looking to go into sales or sales like roles

Cons

Repetitive work but supervisors and co-workers keep it entertaining (chocolate tasting survey) Can be depressing because your collecting money from people who don't have it, but company does a good job at putting a positive spin on it Have to work saturdays but only 1 per month

Pros

The only pro is no weekends

Cons

They don’t care about you unless you are in the Lynchburg/Altavista click. You have to be a suck up in order to get promoted. No maternity leave benefits.
