      Pros

      Working at the bank allowed for a lot of personal growth. First National Bank strives to create a strong family like work place. They are very understanding of mistakes and try to help you better yourself after the mistake. It is high priority to give good customer service.

      Cons

      There is a lack of training that goes on at First National Bank. My work experience there was very much figure it out on your own and best of luck to you. They are very keen on employees making goals but are not very good on giving them the proper support to help them achieve their goals.

      Pros

      Working for First National Bank gives a person a lot of opportunities. They are flexible with scheduling if one can give it to the HR Director with plenty of time.

      Cons

      Working for this company has it's downfalls. Big ones. As a teller here, you are expected to do just about everything, from being able to understand the complexities of loan operation to being everyone in the buildings secretary. There isn't a lot of leeway with mistakes either. Management is lacking. Overall atmosphere is tense due to the sheer laziness of coworkers. It's not that it can't be a great place to work. It is just that there needs to be actual rules and regulations that all employees have to follow.
