Pros

They didnt check my backgrkund

Cons

They expect you to work 6-7 days a week, without notice or compensation. It violates our contracts, but they dont care. They know we dont speak Chinese, and dont understand the Chinese legal system. Most of us dont even have money for a lawyer.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry you have had this experience. Employees should not be required to work 6-7 days without mutual agreement or during times of 'make up days' for holidays. Even in these situations, the company will always try to maintain a healthy balance. First Leap international employees are offered a handbook and contract that outlines working expectations, and working hours. In the handbook, there is also a grievance system should an employee feel their contract has been violated. If you are still a current employee, please sned a formal grievance to the International Department Manager, or the International Teaher Manager (if you are franchise employee). We will try to resolve this issue.
