The staff (non-management); very good, productive people.
Cons
Inconsistent decision-making, direction and communication from management, mislead candidates during interview process, manipulative with employees and prospects / customers, internal conflicts between departments for control and recognition from the CEO. Management constantly ignored prospect's protocol creating issues with closing deals.
