My experience with this company was mixed. One of the biggest challenges was what appeared to be inconsistent management practices. Expectations, workloads, and policy enforcement did not seem to be applied equally across employees. Some team members carried significantly heavier workloads while others appeared to have considerably fewer responsibilities. I also observed favoritism that affected morale and created concerns about fairness in the workplace. In addition, I witnessed behavior and treatment that raised concerns regarding bias and discrimination based on nationality and gender. These issues contributed to a work environment that often felt inequitable and frustrating. I believe the company would benefit from stronger leadership accountability, more consistent application of policies, and a greater commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.

Pros

Excellent supervisors and total company assistance; you need help you ask, everyone is about helping. And providing quality and safe housing. Something after working for a company for 14 years, I truly missed. Which is why I left my other job after 14 years. It was a risky and a dangerous thing to do, but I'm so glad I did and was blessed to get this excellent job!
