Pros
Great teachers who knew what they were doing. They were willing to help you in any way that they could and I really enjoyed the classes. The first week I got to go work at another branch that was totally awesome. Great management great team great teamwork they're willing to help each other it was all amazing. I was so excited to get to my Branch so I can get started learning my job.
Cons
Well, I got to my branch and it was not nearly like the other branch. The filthy foul language that was coming out of leadership's mouth was totally astonishing. I thought I was in some kind of alternate universe and this wasn't really happening but it was happening and I was right there witnessing it. About a week later I overheard the discussion of intimate toys and what all they performed being looked at online. Now I have worked at many banks before and trust me leadership never or never allow any of this to happen if you did it you would have been walked out the door. I was always taught by my parents to stand up for what I believe in so when upper leadership asked me how things were going I just told them about the language and about the discussion of intimate toys and she said that it wouldn't happen again. Word got out and I should have put just The Scarlet letter A on my shirt because I was cast out. I was ignored for 2 months I was bullied harassed hollered at and treated like dirt. It was obvious that I was not part of their regime. I might as well have been back in high school with other gossiping and ignoring and being left out and well you know you get the picture. I guess first guarantee wants head cheerleaders and head of the dance team to run their branches. I graduated from high school a long time ago and have no desire to go back so when they fired me it was good riddance but I feel sorry for the person who's going to take my place.
