Pros
The team is awesome and super chill. No toxic tech-bro politics. Everyone is just genuinely passionate about games. Zero micromanagement here. You actually get to own your features and have a real say in the design. You get to touch a bit of everything and learn super fast. Plus, the comp progression and annual raises are honestly better than most studios in the area.
Cons
It's a gaming company, so you know the drill. When a major release window hits, work-life balance pretty much goes out the window. Be ready for some brutal late nights before milestones.
