      Pretty much everything else. Extremely understaffed and higher ups don’t give a crap about the day to day, only that we make referrals and get loans.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity if willing to work hard! New CEO is making great changes. Empowering staff, encouraging growth, taking better care of members and employees. This is definitely the place to work if you are looking for a long-term career! Great overall benefits package! Work/life balance encouraged!

      Cons

      Medical benefits are ok. Can be expensive with a family, but it is hard to find cost-effective medical plans at most employers. Compensation is slightly below national average, but still decent.
