Pros

If they actually hire you on, you might get a year-end bonus. Closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Cons

Don't walk away from First Flight, run. The leadership here is terrible. The CEO doesn't care about the employees who are helping earn his bonus. He doesn't interact with any employees, he has a separate entrance he uses for himself, and he holes up in his office. With the loss of two top executives, the executive team is mostly made of guys who think very little of their staff and care mostly about their bonus. If someone parks in their executive spaces, they pull people from their jobs and send them out on the case to find out who it is. The pay is mediocre, the benefits are AWFUL. Nobody can afford to cover their family on these plans (sometimes almost a whole month's paycheck is used if you want to add your family). They keep and promote poorly behaved employees who make them money but destroy morale. Some people get promoted just because someone else left, not because they've earned it. They hire temps in permanent positions and keep them on for a year or more so they don't have to offer benefits. They don't seem to care why people are leaving or if anyone actually likes working there. They don't care much for their customers either. Whatever brings in the money.

Pros

Lots of opportunity if willing to work hard! New CEO is making great changes. Empowering staff, encouraging growth, taking better care of members and employees. This is definitely the place to work if you are looking for a long-term career! Great overall benefits package! Work/life balance encouraged!

Cons

Medical benefits are ok. Can be expensive with a family, but it is hard to find cost-effective medical plans at most employers. Compensation is slightly below national average, but still decent.
