      Pros

      Good people and management seem to honestly care about people, it's a small community so everyone knows everyone. I enjoyed the work and my co-workers were nice.

      Cons

      Diversity was lacking, but again it's a small community, and everyone was either from there several generations back, or moved there via the military (Dyess Air Force Base)

      Experience gained and customer book of business

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
