      Pros

      Great people to work with. A separate family from your personal family. Always enjoyed being there, going to lunch and visiting. Great PTO, and Insurance. Especially 401K with profit sharing. They do send you to training, and conferences.

      Cons

      Low Pay for the current market. They would not adjust the yearly increase to support inflation that has been over 8-10% the last 2 years. Not enough staff to support the workload. Also, no advancement. Same position for 8 years, even asked for several years but title or advancement never happened.

      Cons

      Inability for advancement Job flexibility Incentive pay PTO not competitive Very quota driven and quick to fire if not meeting quotas. Lower level employees do the bulk of work while higher ups and management do less and get paid more. Compensation is not fair compared to other markets within the bank.
