Pros
Great opportunity to get involved with new and emerging technologies. Upper management is reasonably willing to listen to advice. Good opportunity to advance if willing to work vey hard.
Cons
Small teams with large amout of work. Working projects as a single developer or sometimes a team of 2-4 that would normally have teams 5-10. Also needed to split attention between 2-4 large projects made it difficult to work effectively. Very low pay.
