Pros
You will likely never find a place that offers such great benefits. The healthcare is very affordable, they provide a great 401k package, and the end of the year bonuses are always given out before Christmas! Also everyone is very accepting of new employees and the atmosphere is generally friendly in all departments.
Cons
Providing great customer service at a small local bank is hard. There are often "gray" areas that leave tellers confused on what and when it is right or not right to make exceptions to keep a customer satisfied. Also getting time off as a teller is not always easy since there is a senior ladder in place that leaves new tellers at a disadvantage. Working your way up in the company is also hard since it is a small local bank.
