Amazing leadership, the ability to have such close communication and collaboration with the CEO, President and anyone else really makes it feel like you have a stake in the company and your opinion matters. Even though gov contracting can be seen as risky I’ve seen first hand multiple times FirstDiv go out of their way to keep employees and find another position for them when a contract has ended. Great benefits, 5% 401K match!
