Pros

Company is great. Cares a lot, cool products, tons of growth. Team is really nice and they're passionate about health and wellness. 99% remote so a lot of flexibility, you're not micromanaged on your time. Still small enough where you have lots of impact and get a lot done. Leadership is surprisingly competent.

Cons

There are a lot of questions if you're making mistakes. Not much process in place so can feel chaotic. I left because the hours were too much but I miss it sometimes just because the team was great. Wish I saw people more in person too, remote can feel isolating. I get the sense most of the team works a ton.

Flexibility - Work from home, no fuss if you need to do something personally and they really care about supporting their employees Team Support - the full team really engages with each other Transparency - everyone can see whats going on No Red Tape - Really lets employees drive success Growth - its nice being part of a brand that cares about customers as much as growth.
