Small company with limited benefits

FCB gave me the ability to learn a LOT. In so many ways they are progressive, but lacked the modern technology that went along with that kind of growth. My direct manager did everything to set me up for success and gave me knowledge that has furthered my career elsewhere. There were a LOT of very wonderful people that were employed there while I was with FCB that became like family to me.

Unfortunately there were massive inefficiencies in the department I worked in. This relates to both technology and operational practices The pay was low for the and there was severe office "drama" and politics, but not with senior management.
