      Pros

      they got a nice building in a good part of town which is nice and a gym and good kitchen.

      Cons

      pay is not great, benefits pretty standard, the management can't make a decision without getting board approval. work life balance is a joke they have extremely high expectations of staff but only the management get any money.

      Really good work environment and opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Had to do a rotating schedule to work a half day on Saturday. But it really wasn’t that bad.
