      First Command has a great mission and most advisors genuinely care about their clients.

      Cons

      Some bad apples ruin the bunch. Leadership is slow to keep pace with industry changes. Training is limited and not very relevant for experienced advisors

      Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
