Pros
First Command is a results focused company that pays and promotes based on results! You can't ask for more than that, but they give more!!!!! The company is owned by the employees and profits are distributed to the advisors and employees every year above and beyond their contracted pay. I know of no other enterprise that shares the success with such direct proportion with those that create it!!!!! Thanks First Command!
Cons
If you are wanting to slide, get by, hide out, rest on your laurels, work less than others, are a socialist, you will not like it at First Command and probably end up leaving with negative star ratings. Please don't apply!
