      Pros

      There were several positive things about my job - my coworkers were great and I still keep in touch with them.

      Cons

      Some EAs had WAY too much to do, while others were board to tears. Definitely a popularity contents, which isn't a great fit for someone like myself who is more introverted and does not go to happy hour with the team. EAs were also not seriously considered for advancement to other positions.

      Lots of baby boomers who don’t want to change work processes to enhance results, but they mean well :)
