The company is a mess, the COO is an uneducated salesman freak who fires people based on who he dislikes or not, no clue what climate protection is, punishes people who ask for some order and structure to work better. The CEO is an arrogant, selfish jerk who doesn't even care who starts at his company or leaves, never says hello. Personnel fluctuation is enormous, never saw something like that. The company is a theater, they believe they are saving the world when in reality they are selling hot air carbon credits, ripping local developers and communities, and greenwashing the face of big corporate clients while grossly profiting from it.

The people at the company are super nice and friendly.

The upper MGMT is a control freak. Have no plan in place and play with people's lives. Fires 4 new sales reps in 4 months because he woke up one day and changed his mind how things should work. Only once I started did I learn that in 2023 there was a 40% staff turnover that year.
