Pros

I have worked for the company for a little while and I can say this is the best it's ever been in terms of support, rewards, and just overall team vibes. I am really happy to be here.. I never dread coming to work unlike other places I've been. Our ops manager goes out of their way to celebrate everything and make sure we are listened to and appreciated. Everyone helps eachother. The team are great. The view from the office is nice especially when it's sunny.

Cons

I can see a previous review mentions lack of support and competitve culture. I really do disagree with this, maybe it's referring to previous managers or the team a long time ago as the team now are supportive and everyone lifts eachother up, and managers go out of their way to be flexible and fair with everyone. it truly is a lovely place to work.

Pros

Working for FCS has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From the very beginning ,I knew that supporting others was my purpose, and this role has allowed me to live that out every day. Being able to work closely with students and see the difference that personalised support can make has been a true pleasure. Since joining FCS, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many students grow in confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. Knowing that my work contributes to their success is deeply fulfilling, and it reminds me why I chose this path in the first place. FCS has created an environment where meaningful support is valued, and where staff are empowered to make a real impact. I’m genuinely pleased to be part of a team that puts students first.

Cons

-Finding in‑person specialists in certain areas can be challenging, which sometimes delays matching students with the right support. -The workload can be quite busy at times, especially during peak academic periods.
