Force employees to work long hours of unpaid overtime, in which the company calls it extra effort time. The company blocks the use of vacation time and gives employee third degree when time is requested. Forces employees to take on new advanced roles without the upgraded merit pay. The only people who get bonuses are the greedy CEO's and Managers. Modern Day Sweat Shop. If you refuse to do the unpaid OT you will be fired eventually.
