Base Pay is competitive- no commission though

Little to no training. If you call 3 people in support, you get 3 different answers. Technology is terrible - no CRM, outdated system, and systems/computer would be down nearly weekly. Management is disconnected entirely from their employees Things are typically not done correctly the first, second, or even third time - leaving clients and the banker involved in a rough place. During the Covid-19 pandemic, they handled this horribly from not wearing masks, to not protecting their employees.
