Pros
Everyone at every branch was willing to go out of their way to help the new guy. Everyone who came into the branch knew everyone's names. Pay was good on an average entry level.
Cons
Technology is behind compared to competitors. Every branch is different, everyone has their own way of doing things which got confusing floating to different branches. They have the mentality of "this is how things have always been done". Not really much room for input. You would get some customers who are rude but that's everywhere really. Fees for non members are high compared to other banks. But main con is sales, corporate really just cares about numbers. They're not in the branch everyday and sometimes members financially need products that branches are trying to put.
