As a bad company, with by far the worst management I've encountered in 18 years of experience. Without any plan or strategy... all plans that get proposed get rejected by management who aren't IT-literate at all. Two CEOs, both extremely aggressive, who often belittle and insult employees. Mobbing is present everywhere. They look exclusively for engineers who will nod their heads and answer "Sir, yes sir." Every engineer who voices a critical opinion immediately gets marginalized, criticized. Both CEOs instantly spin the story in a direction it never even went. And when you look on Glassdoor, there's a pile of 1-star ratings, and then the HR firm and management create bot profiles that counter those 1 ratings with 5s. Every week you get emails about how dozens of new people are joining the company, but nobody talks about how many are also leaving—and roughly just as many leave. Attrition, in the words of the HR manager himself, is 50%.
